Terms of use.

These terms describe OpenCasa’s role in rental discovery, inquiry routing, property submissions, and requested introductions to independent local providers.

01

OpenCasa’s role

OpenCasa provides rental search, source attribution, local information, inquiry capture, listing review, and introduction workflows. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, OpenCasa is not the property owner, landlord, leasing broker, property manager, cleaner, maintenance contractor, or payment processor for a transaction.

02

Listings and availability

Listings can come from owners, authorized representatives, participating contacts, and public sources. A source-check date records when OpenCasa last checked the referenced source; it is not a guarantee that the home remains available, accurate, lawful, or suitable.

Before signing, paying, traveling, or sharing sensitive documents, independently confirm the responder’s identity and authority, the property, availability, price, deposit, lease, utilities, condition, and cancellation terms. Never send money based only on an OpenCasa page or message.

03

Inquiries and introductions

When you submit an inquiry, alert, concierge request, or service request, OpenCasa saves the information and may use it for follow-up, routing, measurement, fraud prevention, and the authorized handoff described by the form. Delivery, response time, acceptance, availability, and outcome are not guaranteed.

Local service providers are independent businesses. Confirm credentials, insurance, scope, price, timing, and access arrangements directly. OpenCasa may receive a referral fee from a participating provider when disclosed by the relevant flow.

04

Property submissions

By submitting a property, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to represent it and that you have the right to provide the text, photos, contact information, and other materials. You permit OpenCasa to store, review, format, and display approved submission materials for the rental marketplace.

Submission does not guarantee publication. OpenCasa may request clarification, decline, correct, suspend, or remove a listing based on quality, freshness, safety, rights, duplication, availability, or marketplace-integrity concerns.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use OpenCasa to:

  • Submit a property or image you are not authorized to represent or use.
  • Impersonate another person, misstate availability, or request payment through deception.
  • Post unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Overload, probe, bypass, scrape against stated restrictions, or interfere with the service.
  • Use captured contact information for spam or an unrelated purpose.

06

Service limits

OpenCasa is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, inventory, sources, and workflows can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenCasa does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, listing accuracy, provider performance, transaction results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You remain responsible for decisions, agreements, payments, property access, and interactions with third parties. Nothing on OpenCasa is legal, financial, immigration, insurance, safety, or property-condition advice.

07

Privacy, changes, and contact

The privacy notice explains how submitted and website-use information is handled. OpenCasa may update these terms as the service changes; the current version and date will remain posted here.

Questions, listing corrections, and rights concerns can be sent to concierge@opencasa.co.
