01
Publication standard
A public listing must describe a residential monthly or long-term rental in a supported area, carry plausible rental facts, and include at least one usable real property image. Commercial, sale-only, nightly-only, duplicate, malformed, and unsupported-location records stay out of public results.
02
Photography
Listing galleries must represent the actual property. OpenCasa may reject logos, watermarks used as covers, tiny thumbnails, unrelated images, deceptive edits, and synthetic property images. Editorial lifestyle imagery is kept separate from inventory photography.
03
Source checks and expiry
Imported inventory keeps its original source visible. A source check means the exact source page was reachable and continued to present the home; it is not an owner guarantee. Imported homes leave public search when marked not found or when the 30-day source-freshness window expires.
04
Corrections and reports
Anyone may report an unavailable, incorrect, duplicate, or suspicious listing. Reports enter a durable human-review queue. A report alone does not automatically remove a home, but OpenCasa may quarantine a listing while evidence is reviewed.
05
Ownership and representation claims
An authenticated owner or authorized representative may submit a claim from the listing page. OpenCasa reviews identity and authorization before changing ownership, contact routing, verification, or listing control. A source contact name is not the same as an approved ownership claim.
06
Removal and appeals
OpenCasa may correct, suspend, quarantine, or remove inventory for availability, rights, safety, quality, duplication, or marketplace-integrity reasons. Owners and authorized representatives can request review through the listing controls or concierge@opencasa.co and should include the listing URL and evidence.
